Jordan Elkins

Founder and owner of Innergy, Jordan teaches all fitness modalities the studio offers. She was born and raised here in the Valley, played Division 1 ice hockey for Quinnipiac University, moved to Dallas, Texas, for 5 years where she started her fitness career, but eventually all roads led right back home. Jordan loves being able to provide a welcoming, positive space where people can come together, work hard and enjoy their bodies in a town that means so much to her.

Briena Mugridge

This super fun, caring girl was raised here in Wasilla and was actually Jordan's across the street neighbor for most of their childhood. Briena is proud to be encouraging others to find the same confidence she found through a consistent movement practice.

When she's not in the studio or on a bike she's probably spending time with her dog Wallace and her friends, she is so lovable and so much fun on and off the bike! Come see!

Kim Munro

Kim was born in Whitehorse, Canada, and raised in Alaska. Kim loves to connect with people, fostering strong relationships and building new ones. She enjoys learning and working to strengthen her fitness and coaching knowledge to be the best teacher she can.

Away from the studio you can find Kim spending time with her husband, her new baby McKinley, being active outdoors, babysitting, enjoying time with family and friends.

Willow Drorbaugh

Willow graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2021. She then moved back to Alaska and found a love for sharing fitness with others. Willow is a go-getter and always looking to learn a new modality of movement to share with her clients. She's been a valuable part of the Innergy team from day one.

When she is not in the studio she enjoys hiking with her dogs, traveling with her husband Wyatt and spending time with her family.

Brooke Nerup

Brooke came to Innergy as a group PT client, and now 4 years later teaches all the things and is excited to help other people realize their own potential. If you book a class with Brooke you can expect an awesome playlist, a caring and compassionate coach and a butt kicking workout!

When Brooke is not at the studio you can catch her adventuring with her fiance, Logan, her son, Owen and their 4 dogs!

Lauren Miller

Lauren found herself here in Alaska as a part of her military journey thanks to the United States Air Force and we are so lucky! She started as a group class and group training client and quickly fell in love with all things Innergy. Lauren attend our first yoga teacher training and went right to barre training after that. Her commanding yet compassionate presence creates classes that make you sweat, smile and find a whole new level of strength.

Alyssa Merwin

As a Yoga Teacher and Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner, Alyssa guides individuals toward deeper embodiment, resilience, and self-expression. She believe movement is a language that connects us to our core, and her classes create space for students to cultivate awareness, safety, and a profound relationship with their bodies. Her classes flow hard and are full of the best energy and fun.
