WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS FOR A BEGINNER?
At Innergy we believe that if you have the time you should be able to attend a yoga, barre or cycling class no matter what "level" you believe you are. Our teachers teach offering various options to accommodate any body. Please feel free to come to any class and if you choose, let the instructor know you are a beginner that way they will be more aware and able to provide the modifications you may need.

CAN I WEAR REGULAR GYM SHOES TO CYCLING CLASSES?
Absolutely. Our Spinner Rally bikes have cages on one side (for regular shoes) and clip ins on the other (for SPD cleats).
It is also a good idea to bring a towel and water bottle to class.
