Pay What You Can
Innergy Fitness Studio and Innergy Yoga School are committed to inclusivity. In the recent months we have reaffirmed our connection to this intention and are committed to making an impact and helping our community become even more inclusive and accessible to Indigenous Populations and People of Color.
There is a misrepresentation of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) in the yoga world and we want to do our part to help change this.
Here in Alaska we face cold winters, wildlife, rough terrain and anything else this state serves and in return we enjoy the adventure and thrill of living in a place that is unparalleled. As Alaskans, we face these things TOGETHER.
We firmly believe we are always stronger together, and at Innergy, are totally here for it.
This training is for persons who have 1-3 years of previous yoga experience and interest in learning more about yoga, its history and teaching practices. This scholarship will give you the chance to pay any amount $1-1000 for this training and certification, and is intended for those who identify as indigenous, Black, or other color group. While we welcome all applicants, priority will be given to those in the BIPOC community.
