Here's how we do this - OUR PROGRAM
In addition to our full group class schedule (barre, yoga and indoor cycling) we offer personal and group personal training. In 60 minutes these training sessions combine traditional strength training exercises and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to create one incredibly effective workout. Sessions also include a warm up and cool down.
All exercises and workouts are scalable, meaning they are great for people of all ages and stages of life. Our coaches are some of the best in their industry and are always ready to modify an exercises to suit your body or give you an even bigger challenge as they see you are ready for it.
