She was born and raised here in the Valley, headed to Connecticut at 18-years-old to play Division 1 ice hockey for Quinnipiac University, moved to Dallas, Texas, for 5 years where she started her fitness career, but eventually all roads led right back home. Jordan loves being able to provide a welcoming, positive space where people can come together, work hard and enjoy their bodies in a town that means so much to her.
Jordan is a certified personal trainer, 500RYT/E-RYT200 Yoga Instructor, certified SPINNING instructor and certified barre instructor. Franchesca Heywood is a life-long Alaskan living in Wasilla for over four decades. She is a wife, mother and high school teacher who enjoys learning new things and having adventures. Having never experienced yoga it was through a student-interest survey for an after school class she would teach that lead to her newest adventure and passion. Since that first class Franchesca has continued to grow in her yoga practice by earning her 200 RYT certificate and sincerely enjoys sharing yoga with others.
When she is away from the studio Franchesca enjoys spending time with family and friends and her bulldog baby, George.
Kristin grew up in Northern Nevada where she discovered the practice of yoga. She received her 200-hour certification in India after graduating from college in 2011. Kristin recently completed a month long intensive 300HR RYT program in India and is now a 500 RYT.
Kristin moved to Alaska with her husband and giant Labrador in the summer of 2016. She serves as a speech-language therapist during work hours, and enjoys practicing handstands, cooking, and playing outside in her spare time.
Halie is a lively and happy person who loves to share her love of barre and yoga! She brings that same happiness and liveliness to each class she teaches. She received her 200RYT in 2012 and since has added over 500 hours of teaching and continued training/education. In 2017 she came across barre and instantly fell in love with it. She received her training that same year and has been teaching ever since.
When she's not teaching you can find her out in the mountains with her husband and dog. Halie feels blessed to be able to share her love of fitness and hopes to sweat with you soon!
Kate isn't the yogi that gets on the mat every day. She's the yogi that does tree pose in line at the coffee shop, downward dog at the kitchen table, and inversions in the mountains. To her, yoga is a tool that encourages her to show up skillfully to the life she has been given. With over 500hrs of training, Kate teaches her students how access their body's innate intelligence so that the breath is freer, the body is more integrated, and the mind is quieter. Join her for class and discover why yoga truly means "union".

Whether she has you turning up the tension on the bike in an 8-point plank on your yoga mat, when Elise speaks, you listen. Her classes are one of a kind and her soul is just as special.
Elise was born and raised here in the Valley. When she's not teaching yoga or cycling you can find her working at her family's store, or chasing her little ninja son or fur babies around outside!
Theresa started her yoga journey following knee surgery and picking up a yoga for beginners VHS tape. Years of practice motivated her to get her 200 hour Hatha yoga teaching certification from Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas, her hometown.
In 2012, the Texas heat was enough, Theresa moved to the mountains and has been loving Alaska ever since. In addition to yoga, she enjoys any and everything of the outdoors; fishing, hiking, running, biking, archery, kayaking, camping, flying, skiing, snowshoeing and rock climbing.
"Howdy! I believe that if you can breathe, you can do yoga! My specialty is Hatha Yoga, and in my classes I focus on alignment and modifications to assist in injury prevention and/or recovery. I hope that if you take a class from me you will not only find it a pleasant challenge, but also a fun time filled with lots of laughter. I hope to see you in studio, whether it be in my class or another talented teacher’s, and that you can share in my passion for yoga."
